In my tenure at this 16,000-employee organization, I was recruited into the Sales and Customer Relations department. Direct contact with High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) customers, providing product information to 50 clients in a day. A key aspect of my role involved maintaining direct contact with High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) clients, a responsibility that required a high level of expertise and customer liaison acumen. On a daily basis, I successfully got feedback from an average of 50 clients, ensuring they received the most relevant and up-to-date data to inform their investment decisions.
